Caseinpepton-Glucose-Hefeextrakt-Agar fur die Mikrobiologie.
- Preparation: Suspend 22,5 g in 1 litre of demin. Water by heating in a boiling water bath or in a current of steam, autoclave (15 min. at 121 0C).
+ pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25 0C.
– Zubereitung: 22,5 g in 1 Liter demin. Wasser losen durch Erhitzen im siedenden Wasserbad oder im stromenden Dampf; autoklavieren (15 Min. bei 121 0C).
+ pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 bei 25 0C.
– Typical composition (g/litre): Peptone from casein 5.0; Yeast extract 2.5; D (+) Glucose 1.0; Agar-agar 14.0.
